Description: Provide technical support for complex business DSL, wholesale DSL and hospitality HSI customers.
Expertise: Responsible for providing technical or process expertise for application development projects or infrastructure development activities. Assists in the introduction of new processes or technology. Able to work independently and provides guidance to less experienced staff. Understanding and experience with software / hardware platforms, operating systems, and languages.
Education: College degree in computer related field or equivalent experience. 3-5 yrs experience in computer applications or support.
